Can I really use the free tool indefinitely?
Yes. The AI Visibility Score (readiness audit) is live now — score any URL, on demand, no signup, no time limit, no "you have 7 days left" emails. Continuous weekly tracking (3 sites × 5 queries ≈ 60 checks/month) is in early access; you upgrade to Pro only when you choose to track more sites or want daily granularity.
What happens if my LLM polling exceeds my tier limit?
When tracking launches: Pro and Team plans absorb LLM API costs through your subscription; the free tracking tier will cap at ~60 monthly checks and pause (never auto-bill) — shown as a dashboard banner — until reset or upgrade.
Do you offer annual discount?
Yes — 2 months free if you prepay annually. Email [email protected] with subject "Annual" and we'll switch you over.
Is there a per-seat charge on Team tier?
No. Team tier is €149/mo flat with up to 10 dashboard users. Above 10 users, talk to us about Enterprise.
What does the Public API on Team tier let me do?
List sites, fetch citation events with provenance, fetch the Citation Readiness Score per site, manage test queries programmatically, subscribe to webhook events for real-time updates. Documentation lives at /api/v1/docs once the API ships.
Can I cancel anytime?
Two clicks in the Stripe customer portal. No support ticket required. No claw-back. No retention dark patterns.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The free AI Visibility Score needs no signup at all. Paid tiers (in early access) will use Stripe checkout at launch; you'll be able to switch back to Free anytime.
Will prices ever go up?
Possibly for new customers. For existing subscribers, your price is locked for as long as your subscription is uninterrupted. If we change a price for existing subscribers we'll email you ≥30 days in advance with the option to cancel before the change.
