Operational status.

Live operational state of CitationDesk + each component by phase. Phase 1A (marketing site + Free audit) is live; Phase 1B (SaaS dashboard + polling) ships when operator credentials drop; Phase 1C (calibration) follows.

Current status: Phase 1A OPERATIONAL · Phase 1B AWAITING CREDENTIALS

All public surfaces (marketing site, Free Citation Readiness Score audit, RSS feed, IndexNow) are operational. Phase 1B endpoints (auth + dashboard + polling + API + webhooks) return HTTP 503 with structured not_yet_available error until the operator drops the credentials enumerated in the changelog.

Phase 1B — SaaS dashboard + polling engine

AWAITING CREDENTIALS

Authenticated dashboard, multi-tenant Postgres, Stripe subscriptions, four-LLM polling engine, Slack/Discord/Telegram webhooks, public API v1. Build code-ready; awaits operator credential drop (Stripe, Supabase, Clerk, Perplexity API, Anthropic API, webhook OAuth apps).

Uptime tracking

Once Phase 1B ships, we'll publish 30/60/90-day uptime numbers for each component on this page. For Phase 1A (marketing site only), uptime is bound by Cloudflare CDN + Vercel hosting:

Cloudflare CDN: 99.99% historical uptime (multi-PoP anycast).
Vercel hosting: 99.99% historical for static deployments (their published SLA).
Effective Phase 1A uptime: bound by the weaker of those two — historically 99.9%+ for a static site stack.

We do not currently offer a contractual SLA at Free / Pro / Team tiers. Enterprise contracts get a contractual 99.9% SLA on the polling + dashboard once Phase 1B is live.

No incidents since launch (2026-05-19).

Incident communication policy

Outages affecting the marketing site or Free audit are noted here + on the /changelog/ within 4 hours of detection.
Once Phase 1B ships, paid-tier outages additionally trigger email notification to the account email + Slack-webhook fire for Team-tier customers with webhook integrations configured.
Post-incident, we publish a root-cause summary on this page + the changelog within 72 hours of resolution.

For incident escalation outside business hours, email [email protected] with subject "Outage". Response within 4 hours on weekdays, 8 hours on weekends.
